Funky Fossil Designs "Tree Rings" Card

Another card from me today, I really am on a roll! I've used a selection of Funky Fossil goodies to make this card. 

Starting with the Funky Fossil "Tree Rings" stamp, I stamped it in second generation stamping using Versafine Clair "Pinecone" dark brown ink.

I then stamped the ferns using the Funky Fossil "Ferns" stamp set with Versafine Clair "Shady Lane" green ink.

I coloured the background, using two shades of Distress Oxide Inks:  Tatterered Rose and Antique Linen.

I used the Funky Fossil "Happy Words stamp set" for the sentiment, again stamped in "Shady Lane".

Finally, I added touches of metallic gold pen and splatters of a Posca Pen.

Funky Fossil "Mini Daschunds" stencil Card

I've used a Brusho off-cut from a previous project for the central area of this card.  I used the Funky Fossil Designs "Mini Daschunds" stencil with Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink.  I used the same ink to stamp the sentiments, which are part of the Funky Fossil "Happy Words" stamp set.

Funky Fossil Designs "Chilled Chicas" Stamp Set Release Day

I've used the new "Chilled Chicas" Stamp set for this sample, coloured with Posca Pens,paired with the Funky Fossil stencil called "Abstract Ovals", coloured with "Mustard Seed" Distress Ink.  The sentiment is part of the Funky Fossil "Happy Words" stamp set and stamped in Versafine Clair "Medieval Blue" ink.

Funky Fossil Designs "Chilled Chicas" new stamp set - Preview 2

Funky Fossil Designs are releasing lots of lovely new products on their site, this Friday 18th June 2021.  There are stamp sets, patterned papers, dies and washi tapes too.

For this sample, I have used the new "Chilled Chicas" stamp set, on a background created using the Funky Fossil "Daisy Background Stencil" with "Spun Sugar" Distress Oxide Inks.  The sentiment is from another Funky Fossil stamp set called "Happy Words".  The small detail in the background is part of the Funky Fossil "Lotus Reflections" stamp set

Funky Fossil "Guitar Hero" Birthday Card

Here's a birthday card I have made by using products by Funky Fossil Designs. 

I started by using a sheet of the Funky Fossil "Patina" patterned paper for the background.

I heat embossed the "Happy Birthday" using aWow! clear embosing pad and Wow! Rich Gold Embossing Powder and heat set.  The sentiment is part of the Funky Fossil "Happy Words" stamp set.

I repeated the process using the guitar and the sentiment from the Funky Fossil "Guitar Hero" stamp set.

I used "Ripe Persimmon" Distress Oxide Ink through the Funky Fossil "Alpha Numeric" stencil.

I then stamped the guitar heads which are part of the Funky Fossil "Guitar Hero" stamp set using Versafine Clair "Twilight" dark blue ink.

Finally, I added some splatters of white and gold acrylic paint, and added a gold edge using a Posca Pen.

Funky Fossil "Cattitude" 5th Birthday Card

Our little smiler Jakey, will be celebrating his 5th birthday in a week or so.  This is the card I have made for him, our very special Grand Son. 

I've used a selection of Funky Fossil products, starting with the "Scattered Straw Mask" which I've used in the background with two shades of Distress Oxide Inks "Twisted Citron" and "Mermaid Lagoon".

I then stamped the cats from the Funky Fossil "Cattitude" stamp set.  The cake and bunting from the "Let's Party" stamp set and the sentiment from the "Happy Words" stamp set.  I die cut the number five.

To colour the stamped images, I have used a selection of Distress Oxide Inks, applied with a paint brush.  I have also used Posca Pens.

Funky Fossil "Folk Roses" Card

I've made this pretty little card using the Funky Fossil "Folk Roses" stencil.

I started by covering the base of the card with "Spun Sugar" Distress Oxide ink.

I lay the stencil over the top and filled in the area with "Worn Lipstick" Distress Oxide.  I then painted darker pinks using "Picked Raspberry" and "Festive Berries" Distress Oxide ink, adding highlights using a white Posca Pen.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment in the middle using Versafine Clair "Glamorous" ink with two stamps from the Funky Fossil "Happy Words" stamp set.

Funky Fossil "Happy Words" and stencils - male birthday card

I made this male birthday card today using several layers of stencils.

I started with a blended base of three shades of Distress Oxide Inks:  Tumbled Glass, Speckled Egg and Broken China.

I then used two Funky Fossil Stencils.  I used "mechanical" around the edge  and "Circuit Board" in the middle, both in "Faded Jeans"Distress Oxide Ink

Over the top of those and around the edges of the card I used the Funky Fossil "Broken Radius" stencil with Versafine Clair "Medieval Blue" ink.

Next, I stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment using two words for the Funky Fossil "Happy Words" stamp set, stamped in Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black Ink.   Using the same ink, I used the Funk Fossil "Distressed Diamonds" stencil and finally inked the edges in black ink too.
