Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Nature Feeds The Soul - TE48" Hen Trio Artist Trading Card

This is my daily Artist Trading Card (ATC).  I've used a gel pres background from my stash as the base.  I stamped the hens in Versafine Clair "Acorn" and "Srawberry" coloured inks, the hens are part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Nature Feeds The Soul TE48" stamp set,  then painted Pebeo Drawing Gum, which is a masking fluid over the top of the stamped hens.

I used the torn edge of a piece of paper with brown ink remaining on a blending brush to create the landsape.  I then stamped the trees, part of the Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul TE57" stamp set, in Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink.

I rubbed off the masking fluid from the hens and coloured the trees and hens using Van Goch Pastel Pencils and a black fine liner pen, finally adding some pebbles to the foreground using a gold coloured gel pen.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Feed Your Soul TE57" - Look At Me Artist Trading Card

This is my Artist Trading Card for the day.  I used Versafine Clair "Acorn" brown ink to stamp the magnifying glass from the Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul - TE57" stamp set. I then used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the magpies, which are both part of the Tracy Evans "Amongst The Flower - TE61" stamp set.

I painted the background using Distress Oxide Inks.  I used "Peacock Feathers" for the background, "Brushed Corduroy" f and "Tumbled Glass" for the magnifying glass.

Round the edge, I stamped a crackle look, part of the Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul TE57" stamp set,  using Versafine Clair "Twilight".  I used the same ink to edge the card and to drag the colour over the surface of the card.

Finally, I added gold dots to the background and touches of gold to the magnifying glass.  I added touches of black to the birds and finally added some Tim Holtz "idea-ology" word stickers saying "Look at me".

Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul TE57" Pansy and Fern Artist Trading Card

This is my second Artist Trading Card (ATC) using the fabulous pansy stamp from Tracy Evans Boutique Designs.

In the background, I used some lilac/purple coloured ink left on my blending brush through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Tiles SS37 Stencil".  Deliberately making the colour heavier fading the colour out to the left and the top of the card.

Using Versafine Clair "Avocado" green ink, I stamped the ferns by Tracy Evans "Fern TE3" stamp set.  On a white piece of card, using Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink, I stamped the pansy, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul - TE57" stamp set.  I coloured the pansy with Derwent Inktense water colour pencils, fussy cut the shape and glued into position.  Finally, I added three dots of white Ranger Enamel Accents and some touches of a black fine liner pen.

Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul - TE57" Birdhouse Artist Trading Card

This is my last Artist Trading Card (ATC), make of the day. I used a cream coloured piece of card for the background, applying Versafine Clair "Sand Dune" ink through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Tiles SS37" stencil, I deliberately only coloured two thirds of the stencil so that the left hand side of the card was less cluttered.

Using Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink, I stamped the trees and birdhouse, which are part of the Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul - TE57" stamp set.  I stamped the birdhouse again on white card.  I used a mixture of Van Goch Pastel Pencils and a black fine liner pen to colour the trees and the birdhouse.  I fussy cut the bird house on the white card and glued it into position.  Finally, `i added a little bird, which is part of the Tracy Evans "A Promise Of Tomorrow - TE63" stamp set, stamped in Versaifne Clair "Portabello" brown ink, with added touches of pastel pencil
