This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day. I've used a small gel press background I had in my stash for the base of this ATC. Stamping the flower, boots and bird in Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink. The boots and flower are part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Create Your Own Story TE51" stamp set and the bird is from her "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set
Following on from the technique I used yesterday, I used a 2B pencil and paper stub for the shading on the stamped areas, adding a touch of yellow Derwent Inktense pencil to the middle of the flowers. I used Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink very lightly through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs ""Distressed Background SS31" stencil to create the light coloured diamonds in the background.
The rainbow spots of colour of the gelli print background contrast beautifullywith the pencil colouring of the flower, welly boots and little bird, and I love the bit of stencilled diamonds in the background..a terrific ATC Sam. x
