Starfish Under The Sea Tag

I started this tag by scrunching up a piece of old cardstock and then roughly flattening it.  I then inked the raised areas using Stazon Ink in "Cactus Green".  I cut it to a tag shape.

I then used a die for the central lines from the Stampin' Up "Swirly Scribbles" set.  The other green foliage was cut using a Sizzix die from the "Back To Nature" set.

I then stamped the starfish using a Stampin' Up stamp from the "By The Seashore" set.  I used a Pumpking Stazon ink and then darkened the edges with other shades.

It was then a matter of assembling the pieces.  I used a silver ink on some of the edges and used little metal embellishments and small gem type bling to give a watery/bubble effect.

Panpastel Sequin Love Tag

Tidying up my work space I had a mishap with some sequins, scattering them across my desk. Surely this was a sign that I needed to use them, so I made this tag, using bits 'n' bobs around me.

The swirl and love word are both Stampin' Up. The honeycomb is a Memory Box die.

I love the way these sequins give a watery shimmer to projects.

Happiness, Love & Joy Card

Awake early again today, so I made this card using dies from two Stampin' Up sets - Botanical Builder Framelits and Swirly Scribbles Thinlits.

Prima-esque Tag

Taking inspiration from a piece of 12x12 scrapbook paper by Prima, I made this tag in a similar style.

I started by finding an off cut of patterned paper which I stuck to a tag, using an embossing folder for the texture.  I then used three different inks to colour areas of the tag.

Using Stampin' Up "Swirly Scribble" and  "Beautiful Branches", I die cut the wreath and leaves. Layering them with some punched foliage too. I then used four layers of flowers in different shades and sizes to create the flower, holding it together with a central brad. I made the sentiment tag, layering the two green colours and stamping "Thank You". I then tucked it in below the flower.

The raised dots are actually domed self adhesive cupboard door slam protectors which I found in the hardware shop.
