I buy packs of ten kraft paper bags from Home Bargains. I think their primary use is lunch bags, but they're handy to have for all sorts of things, so I used them as the base for the bags, stamping a few spooky images and making a hang tag. I've made five in total.

Trick or Treat Bags
I still don't really feel like crafting, but yesterday I made up some "Trick or Treat" bags to give to the neighbouring children. These are just for a select few of the children that live closest to me. With the whole Covid situation, I doubt we will have many knocking on our door to "Trick or Treat".

Funky Fossil "Crooked Webs" Stencil - Halloween Gift Bags
I love to see the children dressed up in their Halloween outfits and welcome the children of our neighbours to call round in their finery.
For the little girls that live opposite us, I decorated some plain white bags with the Funky Fossil "Crooked Webs" stencil using "Carved Pumpkin" and "Picked Raspberry" Distress Oxide inks. I'd picked up a sparkly/glittery pack of large purple spiders a while back (possibly from Home Bargains), adhering them to the bags using a silicon glue.

Week 44 - 52 Week Mini Art Card / Tag Challenge 2019
The prompt for Week 44 is "Spooktastic"!
For my tag, I started by filling in a circle area as the moon using "Scattered Straw" Distress Oxide Inks.
I created a mask of the Zombie/Mummy shape and the moon and then coloured the background using several shades of Distress Oxide Inks: Carved Pumpkin, Wilted Violet, Peeled Paint and Black Soot
Removing the masks, I then used a low tack tape to hold the "Funky Fossil Creepy Characters Stencil" in position. Through the stencil, I used the "Forest Moss" shade of Distress Oxide Inks.
I used a Faber-Castell Black Matt 8B pencil in a cross hatch way to cover the Mummy figure and also to create the ground that he stands on.
Using Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" ink, I stamped the Stampin' Up tombstone, which is part of their "Spooky Fun" stamp set. I also stamped the Lavinia Stamps "Bats".
Finally, using a Brother label maker, I printed off the "Spooktastic" label and adhered it at the base of the tag.

DesignTeam make for the "My Time To Craft Challenge Blog" #408 Halloween or Cats
There is a new challenge theme on the "My Time To Craft Challenge Blog". Challenge #408 has a theme of "Halloween or Cats". If you have a minute to spare, please do pop over and take a look at the fab makes by my Design Team colleagues.
For my card, I used a selection of Distress Oxide Inks and Lavinia Stamps to create this image.
I started by masking off a circle and filling it with a blend of Antique Linen and Scattered Straw Distress Oxide inks. I then covered the circle with a mask and used a mix of the following shades of Distress Oxide Inks to create the sky colours: Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch, Worn Lipstick and Chipped Sapphire.
For the landscape I used Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Crushed Olive and Forest Moss Distress Oxide Inks.
I used two shades of Versafine Clair ink throughout this card: Nocturne (Black and Morning Mist a grey shade).
I multiple stamped the "Lavinia Stamps Tree Branch". I then added one of the crows from the "Lavinia Stamps Crow Set", the "Lavinia Stamps Bats" and then the "Lavinia Stamps Seasonal Tree".
I then moved on to the lower section of the card by stamping "Lavinia Stamps Mooch The Cat", "Lavinia Stamps Meadow Mushroom", the "Mini Slender Mushroom" and "Lavinia Stamps Meadow Grass".
Finally, I added some tufts of grass using a black fine liner pen and also high-lighted areas using a white Signo Pen.

Halloween Card (Funky Fossil Crooked Webs Stencil and MDF Shapes)
I've continued my festive makes with this Halloween Card. I've used a lime green card for the base with Distress Oxide Ink in Wilted Violet shade of ink through the Funky Fossil "Crooked Webs" stencil.
I printed out the sentiment of "Happy Hauntings" from the computer onto green cardstock and cut to size.
I used the Funky Fossil bag of MDF shapes called "Spooky Elements". This is a surprisingly large bag of assorted pieces and well worth the money.
Using a Distress Oxide in the shade of "Carved Pumpkin", I added colour to the two pumpkin MDF shapes. I then gave them a green tint around the edges using the "Peeled Paint" shade. I also used a gold pen to add a few lines to it.
I used a black Sharpie pen to colour the bats and the spider MDF shapes, adding some white outlines to the bats using a white Signo Pen.

Halloween Bunting using "Crooked Web" stencil from #funkyfossil

I was inspired to make some Halloween Bunting using the Funky Fossil Designs "Crooked Webs" stencil.
I used five shades of Distress Oxide Inks through the stencil to create the pennants: Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Chipped Sapphire, Twisted Citron and Carved Pumpkin.
I die cut black discs and yellow letters in cardstock.
I cut the stencil shapes to the desired size and shape and mounted them onto black card to make the colours pop more.
I then stuck the yellow letters on to the black discs, and then onto the point of the pennant. I added the plastic spiders using a small blob of silicon type glue. Because they stand proud of the card base, they look incredibly realistic in real life, even casting a shadow.
Finally, I punched small holes in each corner of the pennant, adding a small bit of double sided sticky tape to the middle of the back and then threaded ribbon through, sticking the ribbon to the tape on each piece to each flag didn't move.

This was a nice quick card using Distress Oxide Inks in the shades of Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet and Chipped Sapphire, through the Funky Fossil Designs "Crooked Web" stencil.
I die cut the web using a square die with a stitched detail around the edge. I adhered the coloured square on to black card, using the next square die up in the nest I cut the shape and adhered it to the middle of the card.
Using Versafine Clair "Nocturne" ink, I stamped the "Happy Halloween" sentiment which is part of a Papertrey Ink stamp set (Tag-its #7). Finally, using a small blob of silicon glue, I stuck the plastic spider to the front of the card.

Happy Halloween Gift Bag
The loss of my Polly last week meant that I really wasn't in the mood for crafting. However, I did make this Halloween gift bag for our Grand Daughter, using Stampin' Up "Spooky Fun" stamp set and an skeleton die.

Trick or Treat Goodie Bags
Today I have finished off making the Trick or Treat goodie bags for children that call by our house tomorrow evening for Halloween.
In Home Bargains, I found packs of 10 paper bags with a grey and white dot design for just 69p per pack. For the label, I used a Stampin' Up set called "Spooky Fun" for the pumpkin and sentiment. Once stamped, I then used a Spellbinders oval die to cut the shape. I used two Promarkers for the orange colour of the pumpkins (Bright Orange and Amber).

Halloween Trick or Treat Bags
Two little girls live across the road from our house. At the weekend they were telling me that they are getting dressed up for Halloween, so I asked them if they would like to knock on my door when they're in their costumes to let me see them dressed up. As these are special Trick or Treaters I've made them a Halloween gift bag each with some little bits and bobs in there that I thought they would like.
I had a pack of brown paper bags with raffia handles which I thought I'd dress up a bit. (I got them in Home Bargains for about £1 some time ago). I found some 12x12 Halloween patterned paper in my stash (Bo Bunny Press) and went about dressing the bags. I didn't have enough to do the same on both bags so each have two different designs. The "A" & "O" are the little ones initials so they can identify who they belong to.
Here's the front.
And the reverse.
