This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day. I've used a piece of card with and aged look to the colour for the background. Adding torn sections of text from a book, coloured with "Bundled Sage" Distress Oxide Ink. The edges of the card have been inked firstly with "Old Paper" Distress Oxide Ink and then "Sand Dune" Versafine Clair ink.
I used Versafine Clair "Pinecone" a dark brown ink to stamp the Lavinia Stamps "Witch Hazel: branches. I then used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the Lavinia Stamps "Magpies". I printed off the "Two for joy!" sentiment from the computer , sticking it into position, then finally added some small gold leaves to the branches.
I do love these beautiful magpies perched on the witch hazel branches Sam and with the added gold leaves which look really pretty, and the aged looking background with the added script coloured with Bundled Sage ink looks great. x
