Anglesey Crafters June 2019 Workshop with Jo Rice (Gel Plate and Lavinia Stamps)

Today I attended a craft workshop in Holyhead, run by the fabulous Jo Rice.  It is so lovely that Jo takes the trouble to travel over to Anglesey.  So many do not bother!

Today we played with gel plate techniques, specifically some of those favoured by Tracey Dutton of Lavinia Stamps.

I made three cards and a bookmark.

I also had a few "crafty purchases" in the shop too.  Well it would have been rude not to!

Another Jo Rice Workshop

Today I attended a workshop by the lovely Jo Rice.  It is the third workshop that I have attended run by Jo and each one has been different.  Today we used a "Hobby Art" stamp set for the three projects.

Clarity Stamps Workshop with Jo Rice

Yesterday, I was fortunate to attend a stamping workshop actually on the island.  Jo Rice, demonstrator for Clarity Stamps showed us some lovely inking techniques using stencils.  Take a look at Jo's blog, there is lots of inspiration!

Here are my makes from the workshop.  

Although I was familiar with most of the techniques, it was lovely to create with fellow crafters and I'm now not scared to use Gesso!
