I've been feeling a bit meh today with headache, earache and a little snuffily so have stayed in and wallowed watching tv. I did decide to wander up to my craft room and made this card though.
I used the aperture section of the Lavinia Stamps "Moon Mask" to create the central coloured circle, using the orange ink that was left on my blending brush from a previous project.
I then used the new Lavinia "Paint Splatters" stamp with "Tea Rose" Archival ink to extend the colour of the circle outwards.
Next I used Versafine Clair "Acorn" brown ink to stamp the Lavinia "Poppy Dwellings" stamps. I finger stamped the tiny areas of text using the same ink with the Lavinia "Moon Signs" verse.
Finally, adding touches of gold gel pen and splatters of black Posca Pen.
Sorry you've been feeling under the weather Sam and hope you are much better now, and you still managed to make a really beautiful card using the pretty Poppy Dwellings over the top of that wonderful ink blended and Paint Splatter stamped background. I love the bit of added script too. x
