Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Nature Feeds The Soul TE48" Floral Wreath Card

A quick evening play in the craft room, making this card.   I started with the Tracy Evans "Heart Stencil TE12" colouring the inside area with "Pink Peony" Ranger Archival Ink. I then lay the Tracy Evans "Flurry Stecnil SS43" over the top and applied the same coloured ink through the dots.  Next, I used "Vibrant Fuschia" Ranger Archival Ink on the edge of the stencil.

I used "Violet" Ranger Archival Ink through the Tracy Evans "Distressed Background" SS31 Stencil to create the harlequin corners.  I used a white Posca Pen to add polka dots to the diamonds.

Next, I drew a circle round a lid using a black pen.  I then stamped the flowers, which are part of the Tracy Evans "Nature Feeds The Soul - TE48" stamp set, using Versafine Clair
Morning Mist" grey ink.  I then stamped the flowers again on to white card.  I coloured the flowers on the white card using Derwent Inktense Pencils, fussy cut the flowers and glued into position.  Finally, using Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink, I stamped the sentiment, which is also part of the Tracy Evans "Nature Feeds The Soul TE48" stamp set.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Love Grows Here - TE65" Card

Today, I recieved a very speedy turn around of an order of stamps I placed on Saturday, which arrived with me mid-day today, Monday.  The stamps are from Tracy Evans Boutique Designs and are part of her recent new release of stamps and stencils.

In my prepared background folder, I found a peice of card with yellow and green spray inks across the surface, so decided that this would be the base. I used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the garland, birds and sentiment of "Love grows here", all these images are part of the new stamp set called "Love grows here - TE65".

Next I used the Tracy Evans "Snippet Stencil Heart - SS12" with "Monarch Orange" Ranger Archival Ink to create the heart shape.  I then used Versafine Clair "Summertime" orange ink to stamp the flowers within the heart using flowers from another new stamp set by Tracy Evans called "Create a garden - TE66".

I returned to the Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the small hearts within the large heart shape.  These little hearts are part of the Tracy Evans "Quirky Birds - TE10" stamp set.

I decided I wanted some bolder colour around the edges of the card, so used a blenting brush to apply "Mowed Lawn" Distress Oxide Ink at the lower section of the card and "Mustard Seed" Distress Oxide Ink at the top.  Finally, I added some dots to the garland and a mohican haircut to one of the birds, using a black fine liner pen.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Mistletoe" Christmas Card

Another night of disturbed sleep, so I decided to get up and craft, making this card.

I used a background from my stash that I had made a couple of years ago, by using Distress Oxide Inks on a striped stencil, then upturning the stencil on to a piece of card and printing the stripes.  Sorry, I don't recall the colours I used,

I then used two shades of Ranger Archival Inks through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Snippet Stencil Heart - SS12".  The shades of inks are Vibrant Fuchsia, edging the heart in Cactus Flower inks.

I used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the Mistletoe, which is from the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Mistletoe - TE19" stamp set.

Finally, using a gold coloured gel pen to add dots to the heart and to highlight areas of the mistletoe itself.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs - Snowdrop Heart

I've been playing with my Tracy Evans Boutique Design stamps and stencils making this card.

I started by sprizing the white card with water then sprinkling some "Gamboge" Brusho paint granules over the wet area.  I lightly spritzed the card again and used my hand held puffer tool to spread the paint colour outwards.  I used a heat gun to dry the surface.

I placed the Tracy Evans "Snippet Stencil Heart - SS12" on to the card, then stamped through the aperture using the Tracy Evans "Background Elements Stamp - TE11" with "Strawberry" Versafine Clair ink.

I used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the snowdrop, which is part of the Tracey Evans "Natures Beauty Stamp Set - TE31",  I used the same ink to stamp the two tiny hearts, which are part of the Tracy Evans "Quirky Birds Stamp Set - TE12". Finally adding touches of gold coloured pen across the surface of the card.
