I've been feeling a bit meh today, so have not really felt like creating till this evening, when I made this tag.
I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks in shades of yellow for the background. Using a Stamper's Anonymous stamp, I added the rays in a "Black Cherry" StazOn ink. The "Hello" sentiment from the Stampin' Up set called "Sale-a-bration Hello" is in the same ink. I then inked the edges of the tag a little in the same shade and also a touch of black.
Finally, using the Spellbinders "Timeless Heart Textured Flowers" die set, I cut and layered the petals, securing with a brad. (I purchased the die set from Hope & Chances site).
A brief look into the life of a crafter interested paper crafting, sewing, baking and reading.

A Touch of Nature Card
The coloured background was achieved by blending Panpastels. I then used Stampin' Up "A Touch Of Nature" stamps to firstly stamp the central flower and then stamp the foliage around it.
I then die the stamped image into a circle. Next I used a Spellbinder scalloped edge circle and cut it in black cardstock. I glued the stamped image on top of this.
The sentiment is from Rubbadubbadoo magnetic set, which I stamped using black Stazon ink.
