This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day. I used the ink on my blending brush and the torn edge of a piece of paper to create the landscape. I used the same ink to colour the sky, then used "Cobalt" Ranger Archival Ink to darken the sky by around the branches.
I stamped the robin, part of the Lavinia "Small Robins LAV928" stamp set, using two shades of Versafine Clair inks, using "Sand Dune" and "Acorn" colours. I stamped the Lavinia "Small Branch LAV703" using Versafine Clair "Fallen Leaves" a dark brown ink, adding berries using a red Posca Pen.
I coloured the robin using a black fine liner pen and some Van Goch Pastel Pencils. I added to the snowscape by using a white Posca Pen on the ground and on the branches. I stamped the word "Hope", which is part of the Lavinia Stamps "Blessings LAV673" stamp set also in "Fallen Leaves" brown ink. Finally, adding some snowflakes by using a fan shaped paint brush with Dr Ph. Martin's Bleed Proof White Paint on it and tapping the brush lightly to achieve the small dots.
