52 Week Mini Art Card/Tag Challenge
Funky Fossil Designs will be appearing on Hochanda TV on Sunday 10th May with a selection of goodies including some brand new stamp sets.
I have used the new "In The Meadow" clear stamp set for this sample.
I had a pretty off-cut of a Brusho/gelli plate background in my stash, which I thought would be ideal to highlight the silhouette forms of the foliage which I stamped in Versafine Clair "Nocturne" and "Morning Mist" ink.
I used the "Butterfly Flight" stencil for the background with "Wilted Violet" Distress Oxide Inks. I then added dots of gold using a Sakura Gelly Roll pen.

This is a sample I have made using the new "In The Meadow" stamp set. I started by masking a circle in the sky andgiving the white card blank a wash of "Weathered Wood" and "Tumbled Glass" Distress Oxide Inks. I removed the mask and added some "Wild Honey" and "Scattered Straw" Distress Oxide inks to create a sun.
I multi stamped the foliage in two shades of Distress Oxide inks: Morning Mist grey ink and Nocturne black ink.
I used the Funky Fossil "Birds In Flight" stencil with "Morning Mist" Versafine Clair Ink.

This is a sample that I made using one of the new stamp sets called "In The Meadow".
I started by blending "Shabby Shutters" Distress Oxide Ink to cover the white card base. I then used "Seedless Preserve" Distress Oxide Ink through the Funky Fossil "Leafy Mandala" stanceil.
I stamped the butterflies and the sentiment on an off cut of the background colour, stamping in Versafine Clair "Purple Delight" and die cutting the sentiment. I added some shimmer to the butterflies by using a Sakura Gelly Roll Pen,

This is a sample I have made using one of the new stamp sets called "In The Meadow".
I created a background using Distress Oxide inks and then built up the stamping of the meadow foliage using two shades of Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink and "Nocturne" black ink.
I ordered a used Crealies CCAB03 "Pillow Box" die from a certain auction site which arrived today, so of course I had to have a quick play using some double sided patchwork paper.
I reckon this is going to be ideal for Halloween for "Trick or Treat" gifts as well as birthdays and Christmas and so quick and simple too.
I've had a play with two Visible Image stamp sets today, "Leave your fears behind" and "Into the woods. All the stamping is in Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink and I have stamped on a Brusho background with highlights using Posca Pens.

This is a sample I have made for the show using one of the new stamp sets called "Furry Friends". I think this may be one of my favourites already!
For this sample, I created the background first, using Distress Oxide Inks. I used "Chipped Sapphire" and "Blue Print Sketch" for the sky and "Mowed Lawn" for the grass area.
I used the Funky Fossil "Shooting Stars" stencil with a Wow! Clear embossing ink pad and Wow! Super Fine Metallic Silver embossing powder, and heat set the stars.
I stamped the dog in Versafine Clair "Nocturne" ink and coloured it with Arteza Brush Pens and Posca Pens.
I added some tufty grass in the foreground and created flowers in the grass using Posca Pens
