Lavinia Stamps "English Bluebell" Fairy Card

It was another night of disturbed sleep, so I got up and created this card using two of the recently released stamps from Lavinia Stamps.

I used two shades of Distress Oxide Inks for the background, "Tumbled Glass" and "Twisted Citron".

I stamped the "English Bluebells" in "Verdant" Versafine Clair for the stems and "Shaded Lilac" Distress Oxide ink for the flowers.

I stamped the buttons and fairies (from the Fairy Foragers Set) in Versafine clair "Morning Mist" grey ink, colouring the buttons with "Wild Honey" Distress Oxide Inks.

I used the "Willow" foliage stamp, stamped in first and second generation stamping using Verafine Clair "Shady Lane".

I used a white gel roll pen and Posca Pens for added detail and stuck on some small silver star sequins in the grasses.

Lavinia Stamps "Mooch" Card

Here's another card ticked off my February birthday card list.  I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

For this card, I've used Lavinia Stamps stamps and stencil, being inspired by the super talented Eileen Godwin.

I've used the Lavinia "Mooch" cat stamp, stamped in three shades of Versafine Clair Ink (Acorn, Tulip Red and Summertime), then added extra depth of colour using Derwent Inktense water colour pencils.

In the background, I have used the Lavinia Stamps "Charming stencil" with three shades of Distress Oxide Inks (Tea Dye, Wild Honey and Festive Berries) applied with a blending brush.

I used the Lavinia "Fairy Bugs" stamp set for the insect and the "Heartfelt Verse" for the sentiment.

Finally, I added splatters of three shades of Posca Pens (Brown, Black and White)
