This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day,  For the background, I have used three shades of Ranger Archival Inks, Chrome Yellow, Sunflower and Tiger Lily, through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Cluster SS42 Stencil".

I then used the small start stamp from the Tracy Evans "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set with Versafine Clair "Summertime" orange ink stamped over the stencilled background.

Next, I used Versafine Clair "Acorn" a rich brown coloured ink to stamp the flowers, which are part of the Tracy Evans "Alpha Florals TE32" stamp set.

I added a word sticker saying "memory" and edged it in gold gel pen, I added highlights to the flowers with the same gold gel pen and edged the ATC in Versafine Clair "Acorn" brown ink.

Today I have made a very clean and simple looking card, using three Tracy Evans Boutique Design stamp sets.

Using Versafine Clair "Bali Blue" ink, I stamped the circular design in the background, which is part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Creative Soark TE24" stamp set.

I used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the flower, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Love Grows Here TE65" stamp set, the bird which is part of the Tracy Evans "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63 stamp set and the sentiment which is also part of the "Creative Spark TE24" stamp set.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Artsy Alpha/Numbers TE16" with a star Artist Trading Card

Here's another Artist Trading Card (ATC).  The background blues and orange shades are from a clean up of my brayer, some years back.  Because the colour was so dark, I didn't get round to using it.  So today, I decided it had been hanging around for long enough.  Use it or bin it!  I opted to use it.

Using a Wow! Clear Embossing Ink Pad, I stamped the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Artsy Alphas/Numbers TE16 Stamp" on to the dark brayered background.  I then coated the stamped ink image with Wow! Rich Gold Embossing Powder and heat set.

On a piece of navy coloured card I stamped the large star from the Tracy Evans "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set, using Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink.  I then coated the stamped image with Wow! Clear Gloss Embossing Powder and heat set.  Once dry, I fussy cut the star shape and glued onto a piece of card cut to the same shape to add a bit of dimension, I then glued the double layered star on to the Artist Trading Card.

I inked the edge of the ATC using Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink and then added a Tim Holtz "idea-ology" word sticker to the middle of the star, saying "Create".

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" Artist Trading Card

This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day.  I used layers of two Ranger Distress Paints "Prize Ribbon" and "Salvaged Patina".  Once I was happy with the background, I then splattered white and gold Posca Pens over the surface and spritzed with water to achieve a more mottled look to the splatters, using a heat gun to dry.  I then splattered white Posca Pen over the surface again, but didn't spritz the dots to retain the splatter look.

I used Versafine Clair "Twilight" dark blue ink to stamp the flower on to the ATC and on to a piece of white card.  The flower is part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set.  I then stamped the words in the background using the same ink, the words are also part of the same stamp set.

Returning to the flower head stamped on white card, I fussy cut it and glued it into position,  I added a touch of yellow to the petals using a Derwent Inktense Pencil, colouring the flower head with yeloow and orange Posca Pens.  I added shading to the stem and the leaf by using a white gel pen and a black fine liner pen.  Finally, I added a Tim Holtz "Idea-ology" word sticker saying "friendship".

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Blossoms of Hope TE62" monochrome card

Here I am again, creating another card with a sketch style.  I used a grey card for the base of this one.

I've used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink and Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" for the stamping of the flowers and fllower pots, which are part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs stamp set called "Blossoms Of Hope TE62.  I used "Morning Mist" to stamp the bird, which is part of the Tracy Evans "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set and the partial text in the background, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Magnolia TE43" stamp set.

I have used a selection of tools to colour and shade,  Van Goch Pastel Pencil, Derwent Inktense Pencils, a black fine liner pen, a white gel pen, a 2B pencil, a paper stub and a black and white Posca pen for a few splatters too.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Flora and Fauna TE53" bird on a signpost monochrome card

I had another play with the pencil and paper stub technique making this monochrom card.  I masked off all sides of a white piece of card, I used a blending brush with the remainder of black ink on it from a previous project to colour the edges of the masked off area.

I used Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" ink to stamp the sign post, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Flora and Fauna TE53" stamp set, using the same ink, I stamped the bird which is from the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set.

I used a circle of paper to act as a mask and edged the circle with black inkt that was on one of my small blending brushes from a previous project.  I then started to add depth to the stamped images by using a 2B pencil and a paper stub.  Finally, using Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink, I stamped the sentiment, saying ""Create your own story", which is part of a Tracy Evans stamp set of the same name, with a reference of TE51.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Create Your Own Story TE51" Flower and Boots Artist Trading Card

This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day. I've used a small gel press background I had in my stash for the base of this ATC.  Stamping the flower, boots and bird in Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink. The boots and flower are part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Create Your Own Story TE51" stamp set and the bird is from her "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set

Following on from the technique I used yesterday, I used a 2B pencil and paper stub for the shading on the stamped areas, adding a touch of yellow Derwent Inktense pencil to the middle of the flowers.  I used Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink very lightly through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs ""Distressed Background SS31" stencil to create the light coloured diamonds in the background.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "A Promise of Tomorrow TE63" Rudbeckia Pencil Card

I couldn't sleep last night, so got up and watched a Tracy Evans Youtube demonstration using pencils and paper stumps for blending.  I decided to give it a go, resulting in this card. I've used different stamps, but the basics are the same.

Here's the link to the Youtube tutorail if  you want to have a go:  https://youtu.be/d-46Mg6lkbI?si=rljP_1jqQkcZlSUZ

Using Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink, I stamped the flower from the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs stamp set called ""A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63".  I used a 2B pencil and a paper stub to shade and blend to achieve depth within the stamp.

In the background, I very lightly applied Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Distressed Element SS31" stencil.

I then used Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink again to stamp the little bird at the base of the flower, the word  "Rudbeckia", both part of the "A Promise Of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set.  I used the same ink to finger stamp part of the text from the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Background Elements TE11" stamp.

I added grounding and more pencil and paper stub blending to areas, before splattering white Posca Pen over the surface of the card.

Tracy Evans "Christmas Wishes TE22" Holly Bauble Artist Trading Card

This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day.  I have used the holly from the Tracy Evans "A Promise of Tomorrow TE63" stamp set, stamped in Versafine Clair "Shady Lane" green ink. I then stamped the bauble, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Christmas Wishes TE22, using Versafine Clair "Strawberry" red ink.

Next, I added some colour to the top and right hand edges, using two shades of Distress Oxide Inks.  I used "Faded Jeans" and "Weathered Wood" colours of ink. I coloured the holly leaves using Van Goch Pastel Pencils, using a red Posca Pen and a white gel pen to colour the berries.

I drew in the cold cord for the bauble to suspend from using a gold gel pen.  I used the same pen to add small gold dots to the background.  Finally, I stamped the "peace" sentiment, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Christmas Wishes TE22" stamp set, stamped in Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink.

Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul - TE57" Birdhouse Artist Trading Card

This is my last Artist Trading Card (ATC), make of the day. I used a cream coloured piece of card for the background, applying Versafine Clair "Sand Dune" ink through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Tiles SS37" stencil, I deliberately only coloured two thirds of the stencil so that the left hand side of the card was less cluttered.

Using Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink, I stamped the trees and birdhouse, which are part of the Tracy Evans "Feed Your Soul - TE57" stamp set.  I stamped the birdhouse again on white card.  I used a mixture of Van Goch Pastel Pencils and a black fine liner pen to colour the trees and the birdhouse.  I fussy cut the bird house on the white card and glued it into position.  Finally, `i added a little bird, which is part of the Tracy Evans "A Promise Of Tomorrow - TE63" stamp set, stamped in Versaifne Clair "Portabello" brown ink, with added touches of pastel pencil

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "A Promise Of Tomorrow - Te63" Holly Artist Trading Card

Another Artist Trading Card (ATC) for me today with a hint of Christmas to it.

I lightly covered a white piece of card with "Tea Dye" Distress Ink to give it an aged look. I then used the holly stamps from the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "A Promise Of Tomorrow - TE63" stamp set, stamping in frist and second generation, using Versafine Clair "Shady Lane", a mid green coloured ink.

I then inked the edges of the card using "Rain Forest" Versafien Clair ink.  This is a brighter shade of green, even though it is acrually darker in colour.  I coloured the holly berries with a red Posca Pen.  I then outlined the leaves and the berries using a black fine liner pen.

Next, I used Versafine Clair "Pinecone" a mid to dark coloured brown ink to stamp the bird on a branch, which is part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Create A Garden - TE66" stamp set. I used Van Goch Pastel Pencils and a black fine liner pen for definition and then added touches of white gel pen to the berries, bid and branch.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "A Promise of tomorrow - TE63" Christmas Card

I'm not sure if it is too early for the "C" word, but here's a Christmas card I made this morning.

I started by masking off a circle and filling it with two shades of Ranger Archival Inks, using "Sunflower" at the top and blending into a darker shade "Tea Rose" at the bottom.

In the middle of the large circle, using Versafine Clair "Chianti" a deep red coloured ink, I stamped the large star, then stamped the two smaller stars in the same ink.  The stars are part of the Tracy Evans Designs "A Promise of Tomorrow - TE63" stamp set. I then stamped the two smaller stars. I edged the large circle in black pen then drew round a couple of lids in black pen for the smaller circles.

Masking off the star, with a piece of paper, I used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the holly branches and the little birds in the small circles.  These are also part of the "A Promise of Tomorrow - TE63" stamp set.

Across the middle of the star, I stamped the "Peace & Joy" sentiment, which is part of the Funky Fossil Designs "Stripped Back Christmas Sentiment" stamp set, also stamped in Versafine Clair "Ncoturne" black ink.

Within the central star I added touches of gold coloured gel pen.  I also added little splatters of black and gold ink aorund the holly, finally adding some dots to the edge of the medium sized circle.
