Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "The Miracle Of A Flower TE59" Wisteria Card

I started with a white card and drew the window in pencil, shading the windows and adding demention with shading and a paper stump.  I then covered the exterior edges of the window frame with Pebeo Drawing Fluid to mask the area.  I then gave the rest of the card a wash of diluted "Antique Linen" Distress Oxide Ink.

Once dry, I then used two shades of Ranger Archival ink:  Tea Rose and Shadow Grey, through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Brick Wall ST9" stencil. I then used the Frisk Maskaway eraser to remove the drawing fluid.

I then started to stamp the wisteria.  There are two sizes of it on the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "The Miracle Of A Flower ST59" stamp set.  I used the following Versafine Clair inks:  Avocado, Shady Lane and Very Peri.  I then added extra colour using Derwent inktense pencils.

Using Versafine Clair "Morning MIst" grey ink, I stamped the text down the left hand side, using a stamp from the Tracy Evans set called "Create A Garden TE66".  I used the same ink to stamp the robin, part of the Tracy Evans "Love Grows Here TE65" stamp set, using Derwent Inktense pencils.

Tracy Evans Boiutique Designs "Love Grows Here TE65" Dandelion Artist Trading Card

This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day. I have used a piece of gel plate print for the background.  I used Versafine Clair "Wisteria Purple" ink through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Tile Stencil S37".

I then used Versaifne Clair "Fantasia" purple ink to stamp the dandelion head, which is part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Love Grows Here TE65" stamp set. I created a cloud over the dandelion head by using a finger dabber with Hero Arts "Unicorn White" Pigment Ink.  Once dry, I used a white pastel pencil to increase the dreamy cloud look of the dandelion head, then topped each bit with a white Posca Pen, using a white gel pen for the stem.

Finally, I used a purple Posca Pen on the edges of the ATC and a Tim Holtz "Idea-ology" word sticker saying "wishful".

Fungi Treasure Artist Trading Card

On my way to the exit of my local Tesco store, there is a charity book table, where you can take a book for a donation of 50p.  This little book "A Field Guide To The Mushrooms & Toadstools of Britain & Europe".  It's a fab little book, with lots of great images, which I thought I could use for collage and my Artist Trading Cards (ATC).

I cut a picture of fungi from the book and glued it into position on a Brusho background, cut to ATC size. I used the Lavinia Stamps "Pibbles" stencil with Versafine Clair "Green Oasis" ink.  I then drew round some of the pebble shapes with a black fine liner.  while the pen was out, I also added line detail to the fungi.

I then added some white dots of Posca Pen in between the pebbles, circling them in a red fine liner pen.  I then added some small red dots to the background too, along with a line of scratch marks round the top left edge of the ATC.

I added a small snail to the bottoms of the ATC, stamped in Versafine Clair "Fallen Leaves" brown ink, with touches of a gold gel pen. The snail is part of a Tracy Evasns stamp set called "Love Grows Here - TE65".  Finally, I added a Tim Holtz "Idea-ology" word sticker saying "treasure".

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Blossoms Of Hope TE62" flower pot card

I escaped to the craft room to have a play, but even in there is it warm, so I've made this card in two stages.  Hope you're coping ok with the heat.

I started off with a piece of white card measuring 4x4".  Using Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink, I stamped the large flower pot, the seed tag and the pot plant.  All of these are part of the same Tracy Evans Boutique Designs stamp set called Blossoms Of Hope TE62".

I coloured the image using the following Distress Oxide Inks, applied with a paint brush. Antique Linen, Dried Marigold, Shabby Shutters, Tea Dye and Walnut Stain, I then used Versafine Clair "Morning MIst" grey ink, very lightly through the Tracy Evans "Distressed Background SS31 stencil". I then moved on to adding more details.  I used the same ink to stamp the months on the seed tag and the word grow.  They are part of the Tracy Evans "Special Delivery TE64" stamp set.

I then stamped the snail using Versafine Clair "Acorn" and the feather, using Versafine Clair "Portobello" brown ink.  Both these are part of the same stamp set, the Tracy Evans "Love Grows Here TE65" set.

Finally, using Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink, I stmapsed the "Inspired by nature" sentiment, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Blossoms of Hope TE62" stamp set.  I used Pastel Pencils to colour the flower and to add shading along with a gold and a white coloured gel pen.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Special Delivery TE64" Frog Postcard Artist Trading Card

This is my Artist Trading Card (ATC) for the day. For the background, I've used a piece of card I used for mopping up Distress Oxide Ink from a previous project.

After rounding the corners on the card, I stamped the postcard (part of the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs stamp set called "Special Delivery TE64), in Versafine Clair "Twilight" dark blue ink. I used a fern from the same stamp set, stamped in Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink.

Using Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink, I stampted the ferns on the right hand side, using one of the stamps from the Tracy Evans "Ferns TE3" stamp set,  I then used Versafine Clair "Twilight" dark blue ink to stamp the bird and the frog, both are part of the Tracy Evans "Love Grows Here TE65" stamp set.

I used a Simon Says Stamp set called "Tiny Words" for the words "hello" and "Just For You" stamped in Versaifne Clair "Nocturne" black ink.  I then added a drawn speach bubble round the word "Hello".

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Garden Elements TE30" Snail Artist Trading Card

I started this Artist Trading Card (ATC) this morning, drawing and painting the pink pebble background, painting it with "Victorian Velvet" Distress Oxide Inks. Then set it aside to dry.

Now, nearly tea time I have had an opportunity to finish the ATC.  I used Versafine Clair "Twilight" a dark blue ink to stamp the petals in the corner of the card, using the flower from the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Garden Elements TE30" stamp set, adding a little colour to the leaves using a Derwent Inktense pencil and a silver gel pen.

I then used the "twilight" ink again to stamp the snail, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Love Grows Here TE65" stamp set, adding a little bit of a swirl using a white gel pen.  I used "Twilight again, to stamp the grass/wild flowers, which are part of the Tracy Evans "On The Wild Side TE50" stamp set and the word "Grow" which is part of the Tracy Evans "Special Delivery TE64" stamp set.  Finally, I added some white to the grass/wild flower heads.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Love Grows Here TE65" Feathers Artist Trading Card

Apologies, this is a bit too vibrant for the morning!  I found a gel press off cut in my stash, so decided to use that as the base for my daily Artist Trading Card (ATC).

I used a Wow! Clear Embossing Pad to stamp the feathers on to the card base, the feathers are part of the Tracy Evans "Love Grows Here TE65" stamp set, then coated with Wow! Angel Eyes Embossing Powder.  I repeated the process for the three feathers then used the heat gun to set the embossing powder.

I then lay the Tracy Evans "Distressed Background (diamonds) SS31" stencil over the top of the card and applied "Chipped Sapphire" Distress Oxide Ink through the stencil..

I added some line work to the embossed feathers using a black fine liner pen then added dots to the background, using a gold coloured gel pen.  Finally, I added a Tim Holtz "Idea-ology" word sticker saying "Use your wings".

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Love Grows Here - TE65" Dandelion Artist Trading Card

A quick play in the craft room this evening making this Artist Trading Card (ATC).

I've used a small piece of lightly coloured yellow and blue Brusho painted background for the base, stamping the large dandelion from the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Love Grows Here - TE65" stamp set in Versafine Clair "Warm Breeze" ink. I inked the edges of the card in the same ink.

I've added extra yelllow to the background using Elements "Lemon Drop" ink, applied with a cotton bud.  I then used Versafine Clair "Ncoturne" black ink to stamp the "Quiet Moments" sentiment, which is part of the Tracy Evans "One of a kind - TE54" stamp set.  I used the same ink and stamp set for the random areas of text on the card.  Finally, adding extra detail with a silver glitter pen, a white gel pen and a black fine liner pen.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Fern" Artist Trading Card

Another Artist Trading Card (ATC) from me today.  I've used a light covering of "Periwinkle" Ranger Artchival Ink for the background colour.  I have then used "Vivd Chartreuse" Ranger Archival ink through the Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Snippet Stencil - Fronds", multi positioned to cover most of the surface.

Next, using Versafine Clair "Shady Lane" green ink I stamped the fern fronds, which are part of the Tracy Evans "Special Delivery - TE64" stamp set.  I used a wild flower from the Tracy Evans "Create a garden - TE66" stamp set, stamped in the same ink.

In the bottom right hand corner, I added a snail, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Love grows here - TE65" stamp set, stamped in Versafine Clair "Acorn" brown ink.  I used the same ink to stamp the "Flora and fauna" sentiment, which is part of the Tracy Evans "Special Delivery - TE64" stamp set.  I used the same ink to edge the ATC.  I then added touches of a gold coloured gel pen to the fern and snail and a white Posca Pen to the wild flowers.

Tracy Evans Boutique Designs "Love Grows Here - TE65" Card

Today, I recieved a very speedy turn around of an order of stamps I placed on Saturday, which arrived with me mid-day today, Monday.  The stamps are from Tracy Evans Boutique Designs and are part of her recent new release of stamps and stencils.

In my prepared background folder, I found a peice of card with yellow and green spray inks across the surface, so decided that this would be the base. I used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the garland, birds and sentiment of "Love grows here", all these images are part of the new stamp set called "Love grows here - TE65".

Next I used the Tracy Evans "Snippet Stencil Heart - SS12" with "Monarch Orange" Ranger Archival Ink to create the heart shape.  I then used Versafine Clair "Summertime" orange ink to stamp the flowers within the heart using flowers from another new stamp set by Tracy Evans called "Create a garden - TE66".

I returned to the Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink to stamp the small hearts within the large heart shape.  These little hearts are part of the Tracy Evans "Quirky Birds - TE10" stamp set.

I decided I wanted some bolder colour around the edges of the card, so used a blenting brush to apply "Mowed Lawn" Distress Oxide Ink at the lower section of the card and "Mustard Seed" Distress Oxide Ink at the top.  Finally, I added some dots to the garland and a mohican haircut to one of the birds, using a black fine liner pen.
