Funky Fossil Designs "Ferns" Birthday Card

After a run of using Lavinia Stamps, today I used some products by Funky Fossil Designs to create this card.

For the background,I used the Funky Fossil "Fern" stamp set, stamped In second generation Versafine "Olympia Green" ink.

I then used the Funky Fossil "Micro Dots" stencil with "Bundled Sage" Distress Oxide Ink, then used Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink to stay the script using the Funky Fossil "A7 Vintage Script" stamp.

For the main central image, I again stamped the fern using "Olympia Green" ink then coated with "Wow! Clear Embossing Powder and heat set.  I then used "Bundled Sage" Distress Oxide Ink through the "Micro Dots" stencil.

I used a Lawn Fawn stamp for the sentiment, part of their "Simply Sentiments" stamp set.

I've been playing with the Funky Fossil "Funky Fruit" stamp set that I have paired with the Funky Fossil "Pearfect" stencil. 

I've used "Bundled Sage" Distress Oxide ink through the "Pearfect" stencil.  Stamped the pear in Versafine Vintage Sepia ink and coloured it with various shades of Distress Oxide Inks and Sakura and Signo pens.

I've used Wow! clear embossing ink and Wow! Rich Gold embossing powder for the sentiment.

Lavinia Stamps "Raven" on a Brusho background

I had a late night play last night, creating this card. I used a Brusho background and Lavinia Stamps, stamped in Versafine Ink. 

I used "Raven" as the main focal point, along with the "Tree Hive" and part of the "Fairy Wishes" sentiment.  

I used Sakura and Signo gold glitter and shimmer pens to highlight areas, unfortunately, the photograph doesn't seem to pick them up.

I've used a Wild Rose Studio stamp called "Bella With Gifts" stamped in Versafine ink.  I've coloured with Distress Oxide Inks applied with a paint brush.

Due to these strange times, Kathy of #thedailymarker30day has decided to run another thirty day colouring challenge.  I've decided to take part and to colour Christmas images, making the most of the quieter time and giving me a head start on Christmas preparation.

For Day 1, I have used a Wild Rose Studio stamp called "Annabelle With Sledge", stamped in Versafine ink and coloured with Distress Oxide Inks.

The sentiment is by Simon Says Stamps and is called "Tiny words - Christmas".

Funky Fossil Designs March 2020 New Stamp Release - Cupcake Crazy

Today, Saturday 28th March 2020, Funky Fossil Designs release their five fabulous new stamp sets.  I've made this card using the new Cupcake Crazy stamp set.

I stamped the cupcake in Versafine "Vintage Sepia" brown ink and coloured it using three shades of Distress Oxide Inks:  Brushed Corduroy, Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry.

I multi stamped the sprinkles background in Versafine "Vintage Sepia" ink and coloured with two shades of Uniball Signo Pen in green and a purple shade.

I stamped the sentiment, which is from the same stamp set and die cut it to shape

Today is Day 26 of #thedailymarker30day colouring challenge.  I was inspired by the beautiful weather this morning to do something Spring like so opted for this wreath.

I used a wreath and nest stamp from the issue 51 stamp set that came with Creative Stamping magazine. Stamped in Versafine "Stormy Gray" and coloured with water colour pencils.

The sentiment is from a Woodware stamp set called "Poppy", stamped in Versafine "Stormy Gray" ink

I've used a Little Claire Designs stamp called "Birdhouse Garland", stamped in Versafine and coloured with water colour pencils.

It is Day 25 of #thedailymarker30day colouring challenge.

Using Versafine Ink, I stamped the Apple Blossom "April Daisy" flower head, stem and leaves.

I coloured using a selection of Distress Oxide Inks.  I used a white Posca Pen in an almost graffiti way and a metallic gold pen to add a difference in shades.

#thedailymarker30day Colouring Challenge - Day 07

I am still playing catch up with #thedailymarker30day colouring challenge after having a few days away visiting family.

For day 7, i've used a hat on a stand stamp.  I purchased a bundle of stamps from ebay and this stamp was in the bundle.  I absolutely love it.  The details on the package are a little sketchy, but I thin it is a Katy Sue Design, possibly called "Gerbera".

I stamped the image in Versafine ink and coloured it using Distress Oxide Inks: Broken China, Seedless Preserves, Peeled Paint and Frayed Burlap.  I really like this colour combination, it works so well together.  The inks were applied with a paint brush.
