Funky Fossil Floral Beauty Tag with Texture Paste
I've been playing with stencils this morning, creating this tag.
The background colour is a Distress Oxide Spray ink combo using "Spiced Marmalade and Iced Spruce". I then gave it a wash of diluted white gesso, just to give some variant to the overall look.
I used the That's Crafty "Black Texture Paste" through a Funky Fossil stencil called "Floral Beauty then set aside to dry.
Once dry, I used a Distress Oxide ink called "Festive Berries" through theFunky Fossil "Micro Dot" stencil.
Next, I used Versafine Clair "Nocturne" black ink through the Funky Fossil "Distressed Diamonds" stencil. I then inked the edges of the tag.
Using a metallic gold pen, I coloured in the flower area of the neck and hair.
I used a Tim Holtz Ideaology "Small Talk (TH93193)" sticker, cut in half for the sentiment.

There is a new challenge prompt on the "My Time To Craft Challenge Blog". Challenge #409 is "No Square of Rectangle Cards". If you have a minute to spare, please do pop over and take a look at the fab makes by my Design Team colleagues.
I used a cream card for the base of this card, using "Seedless Grapes" Distress Oxide Ink through a Funky Fossil Designs "Floral Beauty" stencil.
I die cut the image using two dies from the Julie Hickey "Hexagon JHD-CUT-1005" die set.
I then stamped the Spellbinders "shine" sentiment (STP-004, using a Brilliance "Galaxy Gold" ink.
