I'm a little bit over making Christmas things, so to ring the changes I made a pretty floral card, using the now retired "Blooming Wreath" stamp set by Funky Fossil Designs.
I stamped the wreath in a "Fade Out ink" and coloured the image with Derwent Inktense Water Colour Pencils, applying the colour with a fine paint brush.
The sentiment is part of another stamp set by Funky Fossil Designs, called "Small Print", stamped in Versafine Clair 'Morning Mist" grey ink.
Today, I decided to play with the Funky Fossil Designs "Blooming Wreath" stamp set, designed by Ann Corbier Scott.
I stamped the wreath in Verafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink then sprinkled it with Wow! Clear Embossing Powder and heat set.
I used Posca Paint Pens and Distress Oxide Inks to colour in the image. I stamped the "Thinking of you" sentiment, which is part of the Funky Fossil "Small Print" stamp set in Versafine Clair "Shady Lane" green ink. Finally, I added some dots of liquid pearls to the edge of the wreath.
I had a quick play with the new Funky Fossil "Blooming Wreath" stamp set that was released last week, making this card.
I stamped the images in Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey and "Nocturne" black ink and coloured them by using a paint brush with Distress Oxide Inks, which I found very calming and enjoyable.
