Spellbinders Birthday Card

What a wet, windy and miserable day it is today.  I need to venture out to the supermarket but have been putting it off by making a card instead.

For this card, I have used patterned paper from the "Sweet Paris" paper pack by Trimcraft.  I think I purchased it from The Range.

I have used the "Savoy Decorative Accent" die set from Spellbinders for the central areas.  The sentiment is by Stampin' Up from their "Iconic Occasions" stamp set.
